To make a first-time booking, please submit an application form below.
We will require a copy of your qualifications and public
 liability insurance details and a bit about how you intend to use the space.


After this approval process, you can log in to this website any time and book the space!

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings:

To book, FWC recommends using our online booking system or mobile phone app to pre-book your classes. To do so, click here: https://www.freshwaterwellnesscentre.com/how-to-book and fill out the membership form and wait for approval.

After member approval, bookings can be made through the website.

The deadline for canceling a pre-booked class is 48 hours prior to the class start time to avoid incurring a 50% booking fee.

Late Cancellation / No Show Policy:

In the event that you can no longer attend your pre-booked class, cancellations must be made via the mobile phone booking app or by emailing freshwaterwc@gmail.com.

The deadline for canceling a pre-booked class is 48 hours prior to the class start time. After 48 hours, 50% of the booking fee will be charged.

Payment Methods:

At the Centre: We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card

Online Store & Mobile App Payments: We accept visa & mastercard through Stripe as well as paypal

Direct Debit: Elect to pay via cheque, savings or credit card.

 

Refunds and postponing events:

Freshwater Wellness Centre understands that unforeseen situations can occur. If you decide to cancel or postpone, this needs to be done within 48 hours of your start time. If cancellations happen within 48 hours of the start time, a 50% payment will be charged.

Cancellations and rearrangements can be made through the app if that is how the booking was made. Otherwise, contact Claire via email.
