To make a first-time booking, please submit an application form below.
We will require a copy of your qualifications and public
 liability insurance details and a bit about how you intend to use the space.


After this approval process, you can log in to this website any time and book the space!

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Bookings:

To book, FWC recommends using our online booking system or mobile phone app to pre-book your classes. To do so, click here: https://www.freshwaterwellnesscentre.com/how-to-book and fill out the membership form and wait for approval.

After member approval, bookings can be made through the website.

The deadline for canceling a pre-booked class is 48 hours prior to the class start time to avoid incurring a 50% booking fee. 

Policies and Procedures:

In the event that you can no longer attend your pre-booked class, cancellations must be made via the mobile phone booking app or by emailing freshwaterwc@gmail.com.

  • Contracts are provided for those practitioners who take up regular time slots

  • Loyalty - discounts apply when you book a minimum of 1 4-hour time slot a week in advance for 3 months. Invoices will be provided at the end of each week. See the savings below and Chat to Claire.

  • Time away for regular bookings: Outside 48hrs notice 20% charged,  Within 48hrs notice 50% charge

  • Casual bookings cancellations: Outside 48hrs notice 100% refund, within 48hrs notice 50% refund

  • If you need to postpone the booking or cancel, please use the FWC app (Fit by Wix) or contact Claire freshwaterwc@gmail.com 

  • Clean up requirements include wiping down shared surfaces and equipment with antibacterial wipes provided in each room. The group space also requires a quick vacuum using the vacuum provided in the bathroom.

  • Anything used in the kitchen must be washed and put away before you leave.

  • Please do not use candles unless discussed with Claire. 

  • Cleansing practices like incense, sage and palo santo may be used, but please ensure a bowl/plate is used to collect ash.

  • Lights/aircon: please turn these on/off for your sessions if you are the first or last practitioner in. 

  • There will be the following indications that there are still people in the space: signs on the doors, shoes on the shelf. Do not adjust the aircon temperature.

  • Please do not water the plants.

  • All bookings include 15 minutes before and after the booking time for set up and pack up. If you require longer set up time please book accordingly, as there may be bookings before and/or after.

  • It is best practice to put your own sign on the door when you are treating

  • It is also best practice to shut the front door once your client/s arrive

By booking and paying for a session at Freshwater Wellness Centre, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

Payment Methods:

At the Centre: We accept cash, bank transfer and credit card

Online Store & Mobile App Payments: We accept visa & mastercard through Stripe as well as paypal

Direct Debit: Elect to pay via cheque, savings or credit card.
