Christine’s artwork explores the beautiful relationship between light and shade — a reflection of the contrasts we all experience in life. Joy and challenge. Expansion and stillness. The parts of ourselves we celebrate, and the parts we are still learning to understand.

Christine will gently guide you through the process of creating your own artwork. No artistic experience is needed. This is not about perfection or producing a masterpiece, it is about slowing down, expressing yourself and enjoying the simple pleasure of making something with your hands.

Each event will be a different painting - you will find out on the day!

Each session will also feature a different Freshwater Wellness Centre holistic practitioner, sharing an inspiring discussion on spirituality, consciousness, wellness or healing. Topics will change each month, offering fresh perspectives, practical wisdom and an opportunity to learn more about the many healing modalities available within our centre.

Bring a friend, enjoy a tea, meet like-minded people and give yourself permission to do something creative, nourishing and a little different.

It will include:

• Guided art experience with Christine Hookham

• Art materials provided

• A guest talk from a Freshwater Wellness Centre practitioner

• Herbal drinks, relaxed conversation and community connection

• Your own artwork to take home
