About Claire and FWC
"Hi I'm Claire. I am beyond excited about FWC and I'm eager to share this space with as many amazing souls as we can reach. My intentions for the space involve building a community of passionate healers who will hold space for us all to be heard, held and healed. I want it to be a place where you just don't want to leave.
I am an accredited PDHPE Teacher of 13 years and Personal Trainer. I am also a certified alternative health practitioner in biopsychology, Crystal Healing and I use the Alignment Modality for Soul and Energy healing, under the name Bright Light Heals.
I live my life for my three sons, Axel, Levi and Bodhi and my husband, Stu. I have an incredibly supportive family around me and I adore my parents for setting an inspirational example of being in service to others.
My passions include meditation, plants, good food, strong coffee, the beach, deep conversation, and crystals!!

Perfect for body-workers, therapists, counsellors, nutritionists, naturopaths, and other one-on-one sessions.
What's included: fold-up massage table and stool, consulting desk, coffee table, 3 chairs, WIFI, access to kitchen facilities and bathroom.
Forest
Perfect for body-workers, therapists, counsellors, nutritionists, naturopaths, and other one-on-one sessions.
What's included: fold-up massage table and stool, consulting desk, coffee table, 3 chairs, WIFI, access to kitchen facilities and bathroom.
Sun (Group Space)
Perfect for intimate groups. Suitable for yoga, mat Pilates, sound healing, meditation, seminars and workshops.
Capacity: movement classes 8-9 people, meditation/laying down events up to 12 people, seated workshops 15-20 people
Ocean
The largest room. Perfect for physiotherapists, massage therapists or other one-on-one sessions. Small groups could also fit in here. Max 6.
What's included: massage table and stool, 2 arm chairs and coffee table, 1 desk and chair, storage shelves, WIFI, access to kitchen facilities and bathroom.
Moon
Set up for massage and body-work, and would be appropriate for other one-on-one healing services and consultations.
What's included: fold-up massage table and stool, storage shelves and 2 consulting chairs with coffee table. WIFI, access to kitchen facilities and bathroom.
