What are the Benefits of Grounding Exercise Classes?

Grounding exercises offer a wide range of benefits for physical, mental, and emotional well-

being. In today’s fast paced world, many people experience high levels of stress, anxiety and

disconnection from themselves and their environment. Grounding exercises provide an

opportunity to:

  • Reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Improve mental clarity and focus.
  • Enhance nervous system and emotional regulation.
  • Promote physical health; including reduced inflammation, improve immune function
  • and decreased pain.
  • Increase energy and vitality.
  • Improve sleep quality.
  • Heal trauma including attachment and relational wounding.
  • Integrate mind, body and soul leading to greater vitality, resilience, and joy.

What do they involve?

All exercises and postures are invitational meaning you can choose what feels right for you

on the night and participate in a way that is right for you. There will be combination of

exercises, stretches, postures with vibration and sound aimed at connecting you with your

body, and your energy and the present moment.

What do I wear? How much does it cost? How do I pay?

Clothes that are comfortable to move in. Classes cost $15 and are 1 hour in duration.

Classes can be paid by electronic transfer or in correct cash on the day.
