Jeevi loves laughing a lot.  His classes are full of laughter. Jeevi has conducted Laughter Yoga in various countries like Australia, USA, Nepal and India. He has also conducted Laughter Yoga classes and workshops for corporate events, yoga retreats, festivals and various charity events. Jeevi has been doing Laughter Yoga classes at The Lost Paradise, one of the biggest gathering for yoga and music in Australia since 2015. He leaves many people stunned that Laughter Yoga could be that much fun and so relaxing.

Some of the Benefits of Laughter Yoga: –Helps to develop sense of humor. –Increases oxygen levels in blood. –Aids muscle relaxation –Helps release the feel good hormones called endorphins. –Helps to cure stress related illness, such as hypertension, heart disease, depression and many more.

8 pm: Live music, mingling , chilling out

** Welcome non- alcoholic drink/ beverage.

** Laughter yoga session design to bring more joy and laughter during this covid time .

** Nourishing plant based super delicious meal (vegan and gluten free meal) prepared by our own Laughing Chef.

** During dinner  there is time to chill out, and listen to our soothing music while mingling/ networking with some happy soul
