There’s nothing quite as special as the unique and unbreakable bond between a mother and her daughter. Mothers want what’s best for their children and daughters look up to their mothers for inspiration and advice. The relationship may shift and change as time goes on but one thing always remains the same: the unconditional love that they have for each other. This workshop is a perfect set-up for a strong foundation to your relationship for those tween/teen years.

What to expect in this workshop:

About Claire:

Claire is the Co-Founder of Freshwater Wellness Centre and has a background in Personal Health and Wellness Coaching, Physical Health and Wellness Education, Youth Wellbeing, Essential Oils, Biopsychology, Intuitive Healing and Crystal Healing. Amongst other things, she was a high school PDHPE teacher and youth welbeing support for 13 years prior to opening Freshwater Wellness Centre.
