Welcome to September

Hello beautiful community,

August was big. Two eclipses, heightened emotions, endings, nervous systems at capacity and that strange feeling of knowing something has changed, even if you cannot quite explain what.

September is feeling like the beginning of a new timeline - where we begin embodying some of these changes.

At the risk of sounding harsh, I think we need to stop waiting to BECOME the person and start BEING them.

The beginning of the month we may still feel a little tender. You might notice fatigue, vivid dreams, heightened emotions, sensitivity, a need for more space, or simply the feeling that certain things no longer fit the way they once did. Astrologically, September supports grounded growth. Jupiter and Saturn encourage us to dreaming bigger and, at the same time, create routines and boundaries that allow those changes to actually land. Around the Virgo New Moon on September 11, there is an opportunity to reset. Think health, routines, nervous system support, simplifying your schedule and returning to the practices that genuinely make you feel well. Then, here in the Southern Hemisphere, we reach the Spring Equinox on September 23, a natural turning point into greater light, renewal and new beginnings. By the Aries Full Moon on September 27, the energy becomes more active and courageous. We may feel clearer about what where it is finally time to take action.

My tips this month, keep it simple:

Move your body. Get outside. Rest when you need to. Reduce unnecessary noise. Do a Spring clean. Notice what your body is asking for before your mind tries take over.

Seek out community, connection and healing sessions that feel aligned.

You don't need to rush into the next version of yourself. Create space, settle in and use your body as a guide.

From this space, that new version will naturally emerge.

Love Claire x

September EVENTS!

Meet Our New Regular Practitioners

Meet Mel from Align to Rise

I have felt deeply connected to sound, movement and yoga for most of my life.  I started meditating at the age of 4 and began a yoga practice at a young age. The power of movement, breath, and energy has always uplifted and expanded my life. Sound therapy and sound healing has played directly to the melody of my heart. I hope to share the symphonies of sound with you to help you find calm, balance, and renewal. Find me at Freshwater wellness Centre at my monthly Sound Baths and reach out for 1-1 support.

I am hosting a complimentary sound bath at the September Paint and Tea workshop!!

Time for a Massage with Fiona!

Fiona brings over 30 years of experience in the Beauty, Massage and Healing space. Her work draws from a rich tapestry of modalities: Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi, Remedial Trigger Point, relaxation massage, and Reiki.

Fiona’s inspiration comes from breathing kindness, compassion and supreme love from the universe to you. In this extraordinary, fast paced way of life, she sees massage not as a luxury, but as a wellbeing necessity. When your mind is tired and your body is holding more tension than you realise, Fiona will build a bespoke treatment for you. By working patiently through the muscles, layer by layer, there will be lasting release rather than temporary relief. The result is a body that feels lighter, moves more freely, and experiences a renewed sense of strength, balance and physical ease.

September 20th - with complimentary crystal alchemy sound bath from Mel Paddison!!!!

In this series of events, Christine Hookham, FWC's resident artist, will gently guide us through the process of creating our own artwork. No artistic experience is needed. This is not about perfection or producing a masterpiece, it is about slowing down, creative expression and enjoying the simple pleasure s of connection and of making something.

Each event will be a different painting - you will find out on the day! Bring a friend, enjoy a tea, meet like-minded people and give yourself permission to do something creative, nourishing and a little different.

Ceremonial cacao back in stock!

We’re so happy to have Wild Craft Ceremonial Cacao back in the FWC crystal store.

Carolina, a cacao ceremonialist and women’s circle facilitator, has been working with cacao for years, guiding ceremonies and creating spaces for people to connect with this ancient plant medicine.

Wild Craft was the cacao that accompanied her in the early stages of her own cacao journey, long before Carolina & Cacao was born. It has been part of her personal rituals, ceremonies and the deepening of her relationship with cacao over the years. While Carolina now shares her own ceremonial cacao, Wild Craft remains a cacao she loves and continues to return to and one she is happy to keep sharing with the community.

Now restocked in store.
